A little about me and what I do...
My husband and I have been self-employed since 1987. I have been managing our businesses and books as well as others for over 30 years. Although I have experience with several accounting software programs, I currently work with Quickbooks Enterprise, hosted. This enables all my clients to have access to a desktop version of their books from anywhere at any time.
I handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, federal, state and local tax payments, inventory tracking, monthly financial statements, budget monitoring, monthly account reconciliations and preparation of information for your accountant. Upon request, I also perform other tasks specific to each client's business needs.
I have experience working with various types of businesses including property management/rentals, real estate, day cares, MLM, non-profits, pallet shops, HVAC, trucking, retail, hospitality and more.
